Pineapple Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups sliced celery
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
mayonnaise, to moisten
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt, to taste
lettuce leaves

Preparation:Mix together drained pineapple chunks, celery, and walnuts. Chill. Before serving, add enough mayonnaise to moisten, the lemon juice, and a little salt, to taste. Gently stir pineapple salad ingredients to blend; serve on lettuce leaves or greens.
