fig ambrosia

Ingredients:
2 cups orange sections
1 cup coarsely snipped dried figs
1 tablespoon lime juice
sugar
1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut

Preparation:In a serving bowl, combine orange sections with figs and lime juice; add a little sugar, to taste. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until serving time. Fig ambrosia serves 4.
